We do not differentiate who we work with based on size, location, or type of client. We work with businesses of all sizes, from individual leaders to large organizations. We are skilled at supporting you in both immersive virtual & in-person formats, and have experience with a broad scope of industries (education, healthcare, finance, HR, sales, tech, non-profits, & more!)

We use a value-based system to determine if it is mutually beneficial for us to offer support to a client.

Our Process

  • Send us a connection request using the form below with a brief description of your needs and you preferred communication method. We’ll respond within 48 business hours.

  • If we discern we can support you, we wiil invite you to a phone or zoom call to learn more about what would be most beneficial for you/your organization.

  • We’ll take a bit of time to think and plan (typically 3-5 business days) and then send a personalized proposal for how we believe we can best help. You’ll have a chance to ask questions and request modifications. We won’t talk next steps until you feel 100% satisfied with our plan.

  • Once we’ve agreed on the proposal, we’ll send an agreement and payment details within 48 business hours. If you need a bit of time to plan/process, we’ll set a follow up so you can have the time/space you need to decide. If you decide NOT to move forward, we won’t contact again you unless you ask us to!
